We’re on a mission to introduce a real and honest flavour driven approach to rum by avoiding the fake additives, sweetening and artificial aromatics common in so many of the spiced and flavoured rums on the market today. Discover our real and honest botanical rums and how to mix them.
Distiller for a day
At the Spirited Union Distillery, you can become a distiller for the day! During our distilling class, you will operate your own copper still to create your own bottle of spirit ready to take home.
During our 2-hour long distilling class, our distillery team will take you for a tour around the distillery, teach you how to distil delicious flavours from botanicals, and make you refreshing cocktails!
Team Building & Events
Looking for an interactive way to spend the day with your colleagues or friends? We offer an event space for corporate events, distilling workshops, cocktail making classes, distillery tours and of course call on our in-house catering for groups up from 8 to 100 persons
