Carefully selected

Single rum
origin

Rum is an incredibly interesting and diverse spirit. Its wide range of flavor profiles makes it one of the most diverse spirits categories in the world.

Influenced by the different types of cane, soil, climate, production and maturation, rums vary from light to heavy, fresh to complex tastes.

With a wide variety of rum styles to choose from, we hand select and quality check each batch to make sure it’s the perfect canvas for us to create deliciously unique botanical rum recipes.

By identifying key flavour notes in the rum and complimenting it with the right botanicals, we’re creating botanical rums that have depth in flavour with a delicious long finish.

Embracing the diversity in rum styles

Evolving hidden flavour notes to

create synergy

For example, our Panamanian rum fermented using a delicate pineapple yeast with tropical notes which is at the base of our queen pineapple rum because the hidden tropical notes complement our pineapple extract and distillates.

Or our Barbadian rum which has been distilled and aged from molasses and has a rich, complex and somewhat dry taste that work perfect with our dried botanicals, Ugandan vanilla and a touch of mineral salt to lift the citrus notes.

Responsibility & sustainability

As sugar cane is at the heart of every rum we create, we’ve become an active member of bon sucro. An organization that fights for the responsible sugar cane production through education and local impact projects.

Process explained

Harvesting, Fermenting & Distilling

Sugar cane is grown in countries with tropical climates. at the end of the rainy season, it’s harvested and quickly processed into juice or molasses.

At local distilleries, fresh juice or molasses gets fermented and distilled in a pot or column stills.

Influenced by the different types of cane, soil, climate, production, and maturation, rums vary from light to heavy, and fresh to complex tastes.

Process explained

TROPICAL AGING & BLENDING

By aging rum in wooden casks, the taste and color of rum changes. During this process, the rum enters a conversation with the barrel, and with the temperature fluctuations between day and night, the wood absorbs flavors from the rum, imparting the flavor of the rum.

With a wide variety of rum styles to choose from, we hand-select and quality-check different single-origin rums to make sure it’s the perfect canvas for us to create deliciously unique rum recipes.
