Preparation
Pour all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice cubes for 10 to 15 seconds. Strain into a coupe or Nick & Nora glass. Spray the oils from a lemon peel and discard the lemon coin.

10ml Giardino Dry Vermouth
1.25ml Champagne de Vinegar
