To start you will have to make the winter spice syrup (or buy something similar): boil 250 ml water with 150 g of cane sugar, 3 cloves, 1 cinnamon stick, some allspice and 3 star anise. Strain this into an empty bottle. This syrup tastes great in coffee and other cocktails too! For the drink, steam the milk, add 25 ml of the winter spice syrup and add the Lemon & Leaf. Garnish with a lemon zest and cinnamon stick and enjoy!
