Launched in early 2019, and rated TripAdvisor top 3 workshops in Amsterdam, we proudly offer the ultimate distillery experience; where you will become a distiller for the day and distill your own unique bottle of rum.

For rum, spirits and cocktail lovers, newcomers and anyone in between, this is a unique opportunity to have a behind the scenes look of a working independent distillery and discover how spirits are made, while actively taking part in the production of your own bottle.

During the 2-hour interactive distillery experience, first, you will be guided through our 300m2 state of the art micro-distillery where you will take a deep dive into the vast and colourful world of botanicals and spirits. You will then take matters into your own hands and start distilling your own bottle of botanical rum. We’ve created four unique botanical blends for you to choose from. Whether you’re more into the spicy rums, light and floral, refreshing citrus or tropical flavors; we guarantee you that you will find one you’ll love. Our distillery ambassadors are ready to answer all your questions and help you create your delicious bottle of rum.

What’s it like

Complimentary Cocktail – Enjoy a complimentary cocktail to get you started before you get shown around the distillery.

Introduction to Distilling –Be guided through the background & concepts underpinning the art of distilling, flavour and botanicals, learning some key techniques.

Personalized Recipe –You and your friends will then get the chance to select, from four unique botanical recipes.

Distilling Time – Indulge in the art of distillation, as you control the elements to create a botanical distillate that suits your liking. Once you’ve created your own distillate, you will blend and fill a bottle ready to take home.

Distillery Ambassadors –We have a permanent team of dedicated distillery ambassadors, who have the ability to teach both beginner and novice distillers how to work at best.

Duration – This distillery experience will take approximately 2 hours. Afterwards, you are more than welcome to stick around for a cocktail.

Location

Our distillery is located in an old industrial Amsterdam warehouse right outside the city centre. You can easily get to the distillery by taxi or bicycle. Or you can take a tram which will involve a short 5-10 minute walk.

Taxi

A cab ride into Amsterdam central takes roughly 15 minutes.
Parking

Parking at the distillery is free on weekends and weekdays from 19.00. If you’re parking during office hours it will cost you a symbolic 10 cents per hour. (no joke)
Free Cancellation

You can reschedule your booking up to 72 hours before the event and booking vouchers are valid for 12 months.
