We have selected a single origin rum from Panama which has been tropical aged up to 8 years. It has been selected based on flavour profile and finish. At the distillery in Amsterdam, oak barrels are pre-conditioned by steeping Ugandan vanilla inside for weeks. Next, the botanical tincture is removed and used for our regular range (we don’t like waste). The pre-conditioned barrels are filled with our Panamanian cask-aged blend to give it a delicate and refined cask finish.
