Delicious Ugandan vanilla with hints of sweet spice, earthy sweetness from the South African mesquite, a touch of aromatic cardamon and Añana sea salt for a refined aftertaste.


The story of
Spice & Sea Salt

Inspired by the ways in which top chefs, chocolatiers and mixologists combine flavours. We’ve infused the finest botanicals from the land into a smooth cask-aged Barbados rum. Rounded off with a touch of Añana salt from the sea for a signature flavour. We’ve taken great care to infuse a smooth cask-aged Barbados rum with delicate flavours from our Ugandan vanilla, Tanzanian cloves, green cardamon and delicious cacao for a rich decadent finish.





Ugandan vanilla beans are known for their rich, creamy flavour and high vanilla content. Grown in a tropical climate, hand-pollinated, carefully cured and dried in the sun, they are a premium ingredient sought after by chefs worldwide. Using Ugandan vanilla supports a resilient local industry and celebrates a country’s spirit of determination.


Tanzanian cloves are a prized ingredient in the world of spices, known for their strong and aromatic flavor. Grown on the island of Zanzibar off the coast of Tanzania, these cloves are hand-picked and sun-dried to preserve their essential oils.


Rooibos, also known as “red bush” tea, is a herbal tea native to South Africa. It has a naturally sweet, nutty flavour with notes of caramel and honey. It adds a mild, earthy aroma to the rum.



Add 50ml Spice & Sea Salt rum in a highball glass filled with ice cubes and top off with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge.
