Ingredients

40ml Spice & Salt
10ml Banana du Brasil
10ml Olorosso Sherry
10ml Milky Oolong Syrup
3 dashes Angostura Cacao Bitters
1 dash Orange Bitters

INSTRUCTIONS

Kong’s Spirit cocktail is bold in flavour, and has indulgent notes from the banana liqueur and sherry. Finished off with a touch of cacao and orange bitters for a complex twist.
  • Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass over ice cubes.
  • Strain in a rocks glass over a fresh ice.
