Sneaky Sting

Ingredients

40ml Honey Rum Liqueur
30ml Lychee Juice
10ml Jasmine Syrup
20ml Lime Juice
3 dashes Hellfire Bitters
50ml Ginger Beer

INSTRUCTIONS

Mellow notes of honeybush combined with lychee and lime. Finished off with Jasmine for a floral touch. The hellfire bitters and ginger beer give this cocktail its sneaky sting!
  • Shake all ingredients, except the ginger beer with ice in a cocktail shaker.
  • Strain into a long drink over ice cubes. Top off with the ginger beer.
