Ingredients

50ml Honey rum liqueur
25ml Pear Juice
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Thyme Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Egg white/Aquafaba

INSTRUCTIONS

Mellow notes of honeybush and rooibos with pear and lemon. Finished off with a herbal touch of thyme.
  • Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
  • Shake again without and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice cubes.
