Our brand-new home is eco-friendly and close to the city centre of Amsterdam. It’s where we redistill and infuse different types of Spirits with the world’s finest botanicals.
During the Distilling class you will distill your own personalised bottle of Spirits ready to take home and enjoy. You will learn all about the (re)distillation process, including how to apply different methods and techniques to create a unique flavour, tailored to your own taste. We will talk about the history and production of spirits while taking you through a wide variety of botanicals and teach you how to create and infuse your own.

During this guided Distillery Tour, we’re opening up our home for you to experience how our spirits are made. Our master distiller will take you through the process of distillation, which includes information regarding how to extract various flavours from a wide range of botanicals. A short visit to our botanical lab will offer a unique experience at which we take you through the vast diversity of spirits and tastes.
At the end of each tour, you’ll visit the Union Bar where you have the opportunity to taste and enjoy a cocktail, or two…

This Mixology Cocktail Masterclass is the perfect way to learn how to create a cocktail at its best. After an interactive guided tour through the distillery, you will be assigned to your own workstation in the bar area. Here you will be experimenting with ways to create the perfect cocktail on your own. Each working-station is equipped with professional bar-equipment, perfect for mixing your favourite cocktail. Need a 100% covid-proof activity from the comfort of your own home? We also offer online cocktail workshops. We’ll make sure you receive all the ingredients you need, the only thing you have to do is get ice!
